How cancellations and refunds work for Jobbe subscriptions.

Overview

We want you to love Jobbe. If something isn't right, we'll make it right within the scope below.

Subscriptions

Self-serve cancellation:

You can cancel anytime. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.

No automatic refunds:

Fees already paid are non-refundable, except where required by law or covered by the Refund Window below.

Downgrades:

Take effect at the next renewal.

14-Day Fair-Use Refund Window (first purchase only)

You may request a refund within 14 days of your first paid subscription if:

  • you experienced material technical issues with core features (resume parsing, matching, or applying) and
  • our team cannot resolve them after reasonable troubleshooting.
