Firebase sets secure session cookies after you sign in so we can keep you logged in across pages without asking for your password on every request.
We use cookies to protect against cross-site request forgery and to verify that requests genuinely come from your browser session.
We store your interface preferences (such as theme) so the app remembers your choices between visits.
We may use privacy-focused analytics to understand which pages users visit, where they encounter errors, and which features are most valuable. These cookies do not personally identify you.
When something breaks, we collect aggregated technical data (browser, page, error message) to help us fix it. This data does not include your personal information or job search history.
Stripe, PayStack, and PayPal set their own cookies on their checkout pages to process your payment securely. Their cookie policies apply when you interact with their checkout.
If you sign in with Google, Google sets cookies on its authentication pages as part of the sign-in flow.
Most browsers let you view, manage, and delete cookies through their settings. Disabling essential cookies will prevent core features (like staying signed in) from working.
Signing out of Jobbe clears your session cookies. You can sign out at any time from the account menu in the header.
We honor browser Do Not Track signals where reasonably possible. Essential cookies will continue to be set so the application can function.
